MCU - Job Fair Program Outline 

I. Nov 29 .  90 min .  Volunteers trg. for 200 volunteers 

II. Program Outline :  Program has THREE distrinct phases. 

I  Phase is pre phase of the program. this is for four weeks . Each week progress is reviewed and participants are lead to the event day.

II Phase is D Day on 26 Jan.. it is one day program. 

III Phase is after the Job Fair happening. It is again spreads over four weeks. Each week  the participants are made to learn, relearn and on the theme gradually .

P H A S E   -  I  ( 

-  4 Week, Curtain raiser .. Face book page launching, Participants registration commences, Instagram, Job Far mobile app launch 

-  3 Week, Sharing of Job Fair videos specially made for the event. These videos cover subjects like Cyber security, 

-  2 Week:  Product details, 

-  1 Week : Sales Talk, Job Fair, What to do,  whom to meet, What to offer, How to offer, How to talk, What to understand , What not to do , Why to do ?

+ I week .. Pics and positng and feedback posting  on Face Book, Whats app, Google Pics, Twitter,  Linked in etc. 

+  II Week ... Skype session for feedback sharing, reflecitons, and career counselling 

+ III week .. Participants positng their Job Fair videos and sharing . Videos cover the learnings of the participants ... Counselling of participants for work, jobs 

+  IV Week ...Announcement of  event related prizes, awards, certificate distributions

1.Duration of the Prog. :  90 Min.

2.Resource Persons  for the session : Dr Ankush, Dr Agarwal, Dr Mandi

3. MCU Participants : N = 200, 120 UG BCA final yr. students and 80 PG students MSC Cyber Security, MCA, and PhD students

6. Mode of the session  delivery: Trg. session, plus, Digital Resources, Skype talk videos,  Videos  specially shared for the program will be shared

5. Expected Outcomes  of the trg. session 

- Volunteers will get an idea of A to Z of the forth coming ' Job Fair ' !
- Understand the set of program activities, their sequence, importance, and  roles and responsibilities of the volunteers, and also role and responsibility that each individual volunteers would like to assume and undertake
-  Program Materials that need to be prepared , stored, and shared,
-  In Reverse logistics, Collection of materials from the participants, storing and sharing again to the larger Job Fair Audience !
